Trainer Profile

Andy Kane

Change is constantly happening, we all know this and yet still we often find it creeping up and mugging us.

People often arrive on this course overwhelmed by the size and amount of change they have to contend with. This is where we start as we unravel and begin to explore how to manage and work with change more effectively. I’ve spent years studying change both academically and practically from the perspectives of individuals, groups and organisations.

I bring not only a fascination in the topic but tried and tested methods to make sense of and enable you to start thriving in even the most turbulent of times.
