Basic Cake Decorating. A short ten week course aimed at the
beginner. The classes will cover baking simple cakes and biscuits
and decorating these, using a variety of skills, techniques and
mediums. Learn how to marzipan, ice, finish and assemble Christmas
Cakes, as well as producing a Chocolate Roulade and a Fresh Cream
Gateau. The course will include an introduction to marzipan flowers
and leaves, and chocolate run-outs.
