This module is drawn from our suite of Real Estate masters programmes. It will develop your knowledge and understanding of the UK construction sector and the strategies which can be adopted by clients to successfully procure construction projects.

This module will develop your ability to interpret the unique needs and priorities of different client groups to identify relevant and appropriate strategies for the particular client and project and to apply tools and techniques to support the implementation of those strategies.
