For Level 1/2 - This course consists of the following:
- Numeracy (with and without a calculator)
- Percentages, decimals and fractions
- Collecting and interpreting data
- Averages and range
- Units of measurement
- Area and volume
- Ratio and map scales
For Entry Level - This course consists of the following:
- Measurement
- Space
- Shape
- Number
- Handling data
- Students can achieve Entry 1, 2 or 3 and can attend for more than one year to achieve the certificate in part or full
This course is aimed at students who do not have a current GCSE Grade C in Maths, all students must sit an assessment test
