Level 3 Hospitality Supervision & Leadership Diploma (NVQ)
This course includes practical supervisory experience in our restaurant and the relevant theory to underpin it.
Students must have ONE of the following:
- Level 2 Professional Cookery Diploma
- Level 2 Food & Beverage Service
- Level 2 Professional Cookery (NVQ) Diploma at Merit
PLUS:
- GCSE English or Maths at grade A*-C or equivalent. Functional Skills may be accepted in place of GCSE Maths and/or English.
Adults 19+ who have industry experience but do not have the necessary qualifications are welcome to apply
