- Science and materials in construction
- Construction technology and design
- Building technology in construction
- Project management
- Graphical detailing
- Measuring, estimating and tendering processes
- Surveying in construction
- Building surveying
- Building regulations
Students must have ONE from the following:
- 4 GCSEs at grades A*-C, including English, Maths and Science
- Completion of a Level 2 construction qualification, plus GCSE English or Maths at grades A*-C
