This course consists of the following 10 Mandatory Units which must be achieved to gain the full qualification:
- Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
- Contribute to health and safety in your work environment
- Provide professional customer service in the bus and coach industry
- Prepare for passenger carrying journeys
- Help passengers who have special needs
- Sharing information on operation of the bus or coach service
- Deal effectively with difficult passengers
- Drive passenger carrying vehicles safely and efficiently
- Operate the passenger systems and service
- Deal with emergencies and incidents during a bus or coach journey

Students must:
- Be aged 19+
- Be currently employed/self-employed/volunteer
- Be a lawful resident of the UK
- Hold appropriate driving licence
