This course consists of the following:
- Food theory & hygiene
- Professional cookery
- Pastry
- Kitchen organisation
- Restaurant service
- Customer service
- Health & safety
Students must have ALL of the following:
- 3 GCSEs at grades A*-D, including English and Maths, or equivalent
- A satisfactory interview
- Successful assessment activities including literacy & numeracy
