In this course you will learn how to communicate effectively with everyone you meet.

You will learn to recognise types of body language, gestures and other non verbal forms of communication. These skills will be invaluable in your everyday relationships, including personal relationships, those at work, interviews, public speaking and even negotiating with teenagers!

The Diploma in Mediation programme has also now been developed into an audio format so students can continue to study while on the move. Whether you are on holiday or commuting to work, you will be able to take this course with you!

The material will cover exactly the same topics covered in the course book but is read out aloud. This enables you to add the material to your iPod, to convert onto a CD and listen in the car or to be placed on any MP3 player.

In the Human Resources diploma we will be looking at the range of work most usually performed by the Human Resources department, and in particular the knowledge and skills that you will require as Human Resource Personnel, working under whatever circumstances, to fulfil this demanding yet rewarding role.
