It will encourage learners to look at what they eat, when, how much and how often as well as being a useful reminder for those who think they already know all about calories and workouts.
The learning contains useful facts and figures which are presented in an easy to understand format, including:
- A formula for calculating the fat content of food
- Understanding food labelling
- Recommended calorific intake
- Different food groups.
This program is accessed online and takes between 4 and 6 hours to complete but if it is not completed in 'one sitting', it can be bookmarked and returned to at a later date.
