This qualification will be taken by those deemed to be in a full teaching role. Subjects will include continuous professional development, curriculum development, wider professional practice and will require at least 150 hours of teaching practice over the two years.

All students will be required to attend an interview prior to acceptance onto the programme.
- Completion of written assignments
- Teaching practice observations x8 - (1hr each)
- Regular attendance
- 120 hours (minimum) of teaching practice.

Entry Requirements
- The Diploma requires at least 150 hours of teaching practice, spread over the 2 years
- Literacy and Numeracy at Level 2
- Specialist knowledge / qualification in the subject to be taught, at level 3.
QTLS may be claimed through IfL on successful completion of the course.
