• Professional Practice Year 2:
• Theories and Principles of Inclusive Learning and Teaching
• Researching Practice
• Curriculum, Design and Development
• Professional practice

Assessment Method

Assignments vary from essays to portfolio building. Candidates will need to have access to teaching practice and observations will be carried out on a regular basis.

Progression

Successful students may wish to progress onto the MA in Learning and Teaching or Specialist Diplomas.

Entry Requirements

Cert Ed: Level 2 in English and maths and a Level 3 or higher qualification in a specialist area.PGCE: Level 2 in English and maths and a degree. Candidates must be engaged in a teaching role for at least 50 hours per year. All candidates will be interviewed prior to starting the course.
