Description

Students may opt for additional SfWL qualification in hospitality, catering and retail. this will be carried out using one day work experience in the Cellar Bar Coffee Shop (day to be arranged). Practical instruction, assessment and portfolio building. Diploma in Work-based Land-based Operations at Level 1. Certificate in Employability and Personal Development at Level 1.

3 days per week at college. Students may opt for additional SfWL E3 qualification in Hospitality, Catering & Retail. This will be carried out using 1 days work experience in the Cellar Coffee Shop (day to be arranged).
Practical instruction assessment and portfolio building.
Diploma in Work-based Land-based Operations at Level 1
Certificate in Employability and Personal Development at Level 1
Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements, but you should be able to show that you can work at Entry Level 3 with the potential to achieve a Level 1 qualification. You must have a desire to work outdoors in a variety of practical land-based subjects. We will also need full details of special educational needs and any other reports from relevant bodies or establishments, to ensure that we are able to put in place the correct level of support for each individual learner.
