Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Land-based Technology
The Subsidiary Diploma in Land-based technology offers the opportunity to study elements of the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Land-based Technology qualification part-time. Rather than completing 18 units, as required when taking the Extended Diploma, candidates study 6 units for the Subsidiary Diploma.
Entry RequirementsIt is essential that your Initial Assessment results show that you are working towards Level 2. You will also need to have achieved 4 GCSEs at grades A–C, including English, Maths and Science or equivalent.

Functional Skills
You will also work towards nationally recognised functional
qualifications in English, Maths and ICT.
Successful students can continue in education at Bicton College or progress to employment in the Engineering industry.
