The Army Preparation Course (APC) is designed to teach students the necessary skills to pass at the Army Development and Selection Centre (ADSC). The course achieves this through many different and engaging activities such as teambuilding, military skills, fitness training and outdoor adventure pursuits.This course will get you fit, help you work better in a team and give you the nesesary skills to go through the first stages of Army selection brimming with confidence.

- Certificate in Personal Exercise and Nutrition.
14 week course. 13 weeks, 4 days per week at college and 1 day per week with the Army. You will also have 1 week work experience with the Army.
Entry Requirements
High level of enthusiasm for a career in the Armed Forces and outdoor adventure pursuits. Entry Level 3 English and Maths.
What Next?/Employment
- Outdoor Adventure Level 2 or 3
- Uniformed Public Services Level 2 or 3
- Entry to the Army or other Armed Forces.
