Description
What is the Course About?
This two-year programme is also offered in association with the
University of Chester. It is designed for those teaching and
training adult learners in the private, public and voluntary
sectors. The first year leads to the award of a Professional
Certificate in Education (PCE) and the second year to the full
Certificate in Education (CertEd). Applicants will need to have
organised their own teaching practice - a minimum of 50 hours in
each of the two years of the programme - and a suitably qualified
Mentor before the start of the programme.
