What does the course include?
This QCF is designed to reflect the work of administration staff across a wide range of industries and types of organisation. It is aimed at candidates who work as part of a team and ensure the provision of information and resources to others.
There are a wide range of optional units to select. You need to select 3 units that are linked with the work you do.
You will need to complete 5 units in total to achieve a full QCF (2 Mandatory and 3 Optional units).

Employees with this qualification will have expert knowledge of the organisation, its systems and procedures.

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification.
How will I be assessed?
There will be continuous assessment, carried out in the workplace.
Where does it lead?
You can progress onto the Level 3 in Business Administration.
