Course Content

  • Understanding of the moral, ethical, environmental and legal issues that underpin best practice.

  • Fitness testing and monitoring
  • Nutrition for Sports Performance
  • Research Methods
  • Sport and Exercise Psychology.

Assessment Method

You are assessed in a number of ways including assignments, centrally invigilated exams, practical assessments, presentations and computerised exams.

Progression

On completion of this course you will able to progress onto the final year of the BSc (Hons) Sports Science and Coaching at the University of Bedfordshire or into employment in the Sport & Leisure industry.

Entry will be between 80 - 120 UCAS points based on your Level 3 studies.
