BSc (Hons) Applied Computing
Our courses focus on a foundation of ‘core computing’ and introduce you to software development and database design with elements of communication networks and the Internet. This broad base of knowledge is supported by robust professional skills that are vital to teamwork, problem-solving and career development. In the later stages you develop more specialised abilities in areas that best fit your career aspirations.

Entry requirements and applying The general requirement for the honours degree is 240 UCAS tariff points at GCE A Level or equivalent. Appropriate AS-Level and Level 3 Key Skills qualifications will also be taken into account. In addition applicants must have five GCSE passes at grades A, B or C including Mathematics and English.
