This course is suitable for anybody who has either never been in employment, or who is returning to employment following a career break.

Understand how personal information is presented. Be able to provide information in routine and non-routine telephone situations. Be able to complete forms requiring personal information. Be able to communicate qualifications, skills and experience. Be able to communicate personal achievements. Be able to reflect on skills in presenting personal information.
