This Employing and Managing People programme will help you acquire the knowledge, understanding and skills to identify the staffing needs of the business and then recruit and employ staff in accordance with legislation.

The programme will provide opportunities to learn how to manage people effectively and improve employee productivity using training and coaching.

The Programme aims to develop and support the participant's understanding on creating a productive and motivated workforce.

EduGrowth provides ongoing support from our coaches who will be on hand to assist and advise the participant for the duration of the programme. Guidance may continue after programme completion via your coach, to help with the ongoing development of the business.
