This course provides the opportunity to re-visit some of the fundamentals of management, especially in terms of managing people, teams, and meeting your deadlines.  The focus for learning is based on self-assessment of your management style and leadership approach in terms of whether you are working to your strengths.

How can you be effective in your management of others unless your own planning and organisation are working well?  Your visibility should be a 'role model' to others!
