You can progress on to the Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce Level 3, or another level 3 qualification in a related subject. You could also seek employment as an assistant in pre-school, assistant in a children’s centre, children’s residential care home, in day nurseries, nursery schools and playgroups.
