SFEDI researches leading practice, sets standards, principles and guidelines for supporting business start-up. This practical course is designed to enable you to develop your business ideas, test the feasibility/viability and write your business plan. businesses What will I Study? -Assess personal abilities to run a
business -Estimate financial needs for a business -Build and
maintain business relationships -Plan to sell a product/service

-Make cash flow forecasts for own business -Comply with business
legal requirements -Choose supplies and suppliers -Principles of
marketing and selling in a new business How will I be Taught? This
course runs from Wednesday 10 September 2014 to Wednesday 17 June
2015. Sessions are held every Wednesday from 5:15pm to 7:14pm. How
will I be Assessed? 100% assignment based - creating a business
plan. This will typically cover vision, market, finance,
operations, risk, implementation; and appendices - cash flow
analysis, profit and loss account, balance sheet, risk register,
sales and marketing plan, sales forecasts, PDP What our students
