This qualification is designed for those who are entering a management role, or who wish to gain a qualification that formally recognises their skills or those who lead a team and are responsible for its performance. It is suitable for people who are entering management, or who have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skills, for example, providing leadership for your team, encouraging innovation, allocating and checking work. Team Leading skills, setting objectives, monitoring and reviewing work of your team within a working environment How will I be Taught? You will be allocated an individual assessor, who will assess you one to one in your work place. How will I be Assessed? You will be assessed by completing a portfolio of evidence using an e portfolio platform in the first instance or a traditional portfolio, under the guidance of your occupationally competent assessor.
