Team Leading NVQ Level 2

Course Summary:

The NVQ Team Leading Level 2 is suitable for people who are entering management, or who have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable leadership skills, for example, providing leadership for their team, encouraging innovation, allocating and checking work.

Course Details:

Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading is aimed at candidates who are in work roles where they have a responsibility for the work of others as they lead a team.

Career Progression:

This qualification has been designed to develop the skills, knowledge and understanding required to enable progression to and from qualifications along the vertical and horizontal planes of the National Qualifications Framework. For example, a candidate may progress to NVQ Level 3 in Management, or may widen their skills into other areas and undertake other work-based qualifications eg NVQ in Business and Administration.
