Full TimeThis course will develop your skills in IT. This course will
develop your skills in Information Technology. Topics studied will
include: The Online World, Technology Systems, Development and
Computing in the Workplace. You will also study additional work
related qualifications and attend a work placement for at least one
day a week.

How you will gain the qualification
You will be assessed with a combination of assignments, on-line tests, practical hands-on and work related tasks. The assignments will be assessed by your tutor and moderated by BTEC.

Where to next
To progress on to the Extended National Diploma in IT you will need to achieve a Merit plus Maths and English GCSE Grade C or equivalent, a full apprenticeship or another Level 3 course.
