Entry Requirements
A good Level 2 Literacy qualification, good spoken and written English. You will undertake a successful interview and a simple trade test with lecturing staff and provide character references. You will be expected to have excellent attendance and punctuality, good client communication and a groomed personal appearance to meet the requirements of the National and Occupational Standards.
