Course content

- Developing fashion retail business
Students will work together with Fashion, Photography and Graphic Design students to develop new visual merchandising strategies and explore new areas of customer service and promotion
Entry Requirements
Students would typically have a minimum of four GCSEs at grade D or above including English or Mathematics (or equivalent) or a Merit for retail Skills Level 1 Diploma. Mature students without formal qualifications will be interviewed and may be asked to take an initial assessment. A genuine enthusiasm for Fashion Retail is essential
Delivery & Assessment methods
Practical assessment is continual throughout the course and is supported by weekly progress updates. Grade outcomes are Pass, Merit, or Distinction. Merit Grades or above are required to progress onto Level 3 Vocational programmes in specific subject areas.
Progression
Progression opportunities include the Fashion & Retail Level 3 Diploma, apprenticeships at Level 2 and 3 or direct employment.
