NVQ Certificate in Business Administration (Flexi) (C&G)

You must be in employment. This qualification is very flexible in its structure enabling the organisation and individual to choose from optional units suited to their job role. Candidates plan a programme of development and assessment with their assessor and compile a portfolio of evidence. An assessor will visit your workplace to observe you in your working environment.

Level 1 Certificate in Business Administration

• Manage own performance in a business environment
• Solve business problems
• Make and receive telephone calls
• Support the organisation of business travel or accommodation
• Meet and welcome visitors
• Use office equipment

Entry Requirements

An interview and initial assessment will be required to assess level of English. No formal qualifications are required for this course, however, you will be assessed at the start of the course to ascertain if any extra support is required.
