The course provides a supportive environment for new writers of (primarily) prose fiction to practise and develop their skills.
Course content
Each week you will look at a range of stimuli to use as a springboard for your own work. You will write in class and at home and then contribute to workshop sessions where you will share your own writing and comment on the work of others.
- Developing ideas for writing; Planning and Drafting; Editing to produce a final draft; Sharing your work; commenting constructively on the work of others.

There are no formal entry requirements, but applicants must have native language competence in English.
