Description
You will develop your writing skills, and also make a close study of a range of poetry, plays, novels and non-fiction. At AS Level, as well as producing your own creative writing, you will be asked to answer questions on pre-twentieth century poetry and nineteenth or twentieth century prose. You will be assessed by written papers and coursework. At A2 Level you will study pre-1770 drama, the language of literature, speech & comparative analysis and creative writing.
