Applied Law (BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma)
The Diploma covers the concepts of Criminal Law, which includes homicide, non-fatal offences and defences. The Law of Tort will also be explored and covers areas such as negligence, medical negligence and product liability. Family Law is also examined and looks at issues such as divorce and contact orders with children of the family.
