Who is the course for and what level is it?
This course is designed for those looking to improve and maintain a
healthy lifestyle through physical activity.
This is for students who have attended a beginner’s class and know
the basic steps and wish to improve their dancing or take amateur

What is your approach?
By demonstration of the steps as the male lead, and then the
partner. Students will then follow behind as the step is gradually
broken down. After the step is complete, the students will practice
with their partner, the tutor will then move around the class
giving help and guidance where needed. When the step is completed
it will be danced to music with the tutor giving instruction until
the students have a sequence of steps for the different
dances.
