This course provides a basic introduction to the English Legal System and its personnel as well as some of the main topics within the Law.
Guest speakers from the Legal Profession and associated professions provide talks for the students regarding working in the industry.
To succeed in this course a student needs to be hard working and dedicated to study. In addition they will have strong writing skills and an interest in the Law. It is suitable for students considering a range of possible careers encompassing the legal profession.
The Law department runs a trip to the Houses of Parliament to allow students the opportunity to see where and how our Laws are made. Guest speakers…
