Description

Level: Level 3

This course offers the opportunity to develop skills in a broad range of textile and fashion based processes and technologies within a functional or decorative context. The course enables you to understand colour, composition and texture so that you can develop your visual appreciation skills.

You will be taught by textile and fashion specialists within a purpose built studio enabling surface pattern design through printing and image transfer, knit, stitch, weave, felt making and garment making. The facilities include a screen exposure unit and a dye room.
