If you would like to work in health and social care whether it is in a care home, in a hospital or any other place looking after the elderly or people with disabilities or special education needs, then completing a Level 2 course in Health and Social Care will give you the skills and knowledge to work in the Care Industry. In order to complete the course in Health and Social Care you will need to find a placement in order to gain more experience as a Health and Social Care Worker. Ten Week Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (QCF) Preparing to Work in Health and Social Care
This course is based in Enfield, North London and is ideal for any individual who wants to work in the Care Industry such as Care Workers in residential settings or supported living, Healthcare support workers in community and primary care environments, Healthcare assistants in acute health environments and Care support workers in domiciliary services. It is an intensive three month blended learning course.

Course description
This qualification will develop your knowledge and skills in working with with adults in Health and Social Care settings in England. It covers a wide range of areas including supporting individuals with their physical and emotional care, daily living needs and health care procedures. You will be required to complete 9 mandatory units from the QCF qualifications.
