This AED Defibrillators Trainers Course is approved under the NCFE IIQ license and is for all persons who wish to teach a d assess the AED Training Courses as well as the CPR Training Courses. The Defib Trainers Course can cover different AED Units over 1 day and costs only £150 and the course will cover the following:
- Incident Management
- Basic Life Support
- AED Familiarisation
- Protocol for Using a AED
- Teaching AED and CPR Skills
- Initial Assessment
- Cardiac Arrest - What Happens?
- Shockable & Non-Shockable Rhythms
- AED Practical Scenarios
- Assessing CPR and AED Skills
Successful candidates would then receive the AED Trainers Certificate and be able to teach the following:
