"My experience with this company has been a complete nightmare. Since August 2024, I have been chasing them for a certificate of completion after finishing their training program. Despite numerous follow-ups, they have failed to respond, provide the promised certificate, or issue a refund.

The training itself was far from satisfactory. The trainer repeatedly postponed sessions, and when they were finally supposed to happen, he canceled at the last minute due to "emergencies." This happened at least 10 times, making it impossible to have a consistent or effective learning experience.

This company has shown a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. They take your payment but fail to deliver on their promises. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere." - 13-01-2025 09:03

"A dreadful company that gives zero care for their clients. I was booked on a course for May 2023 which they switched without notice to zoom and expected me to have the final day in Manchester (I live in Cardiff and booked an in person course in Cardiff). I re-scheduled for August and had to chase up only being notified the course would happen 6 days prior and then three days prior they made up some excuse about family bereavement and shifted the dates and again made a day into a zoom session. Money returned after threat of court action and I still reserve the right to pursue my losses via a small claim. Avoid, avoid, avoid!" - 21-08-2023 11:06

"My trainer was lovely and none of this is a complaint towards him but this company is not one I would ever recommend. They cancelled the course and put it on zoom a couple of days before it’s due date. I completed my course back in June and I am yet to receive my certificate. "Booked and paid in full £283 for the IFE fire safety Trainer course in Manchester, Abertay cancelled the first course due to lack of numbers the alternatives offered would mean extra expense so I declined and waited for the second date to arrive, as before the second course was cancelled due to lack of numbers. As I could not wait any longer for the course I asked for a full refund, todate my request and correspondence to the company has been ignored.

"Having just completed the Manual handler train the trainer course on the 15th and 16th of April I am very concerned with the structure of the course and the outdated training materials provided.

When you complete a manual handling train the trainer course you expect there to be some degree of actual manual handling not all just theory based. This course in itself is very poor with the training materials not being updated since 2011, and with that making reference to outdated regulations and incorrect information. It was so poor I really felt sorry for the instructor who was great.

The admin from Abertay and lack of communication has been absolutely shocking from start to finish. I probably won't ever get a certificate, but in reality it won't be worth anything anyhow." - 18-04-2019 10:53

"I understand that sadly Steve has passed away, however, from the get go, the admin side of the course has been dreadful. I had to phone up one working day before the course started, only to be told my Kent course was cancelled and would I mind doing the London one. I had NO prior information and after successfully completing my First Aid Trainers Course and AED Instructor Course, I have yet to have received my Certificates.
