The ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle course focuses on key elements including supervisory objectives, business, management, processes, purposes, functions and activities. Learners will gain an understanding of how the Service Lifecycle related interactions and processes work.

The ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle course will give learners good working knowledge of principles and processes of managing across the lifecycle in relation to IT services. Learners must have earned 17 credits from the modules in the Foundation and Intermediate levels. Once the Managing across the Lifecycle is passed, learners will achieve 22 credits sufficient for the ITIL Expert Certificate.  The course is globally recognised and accredited to a training organisation and you will be issued an internationally recognised qualification following full completion of the ITIL – Service Offerings Agreements course.

Method of Assessment

At the end of the ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle course you will be required to take a multiple choice question assessment test comprising of 10 questions per paper in 120 minutes. The multiple choice question assessment will be automatically marked with learners receiving an instant grade. Pass mark is 70%, closed book.

Those who successfully complete the exam will be awarded the certificate in ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle.

  • The course requires that learners possess the ITIL Foundation course or Foundation Certificate as pre-requisites.
