There are no formal assessments although guidance and support will be given on practical work.What will I study?
You will study the following:
- Practical application of facial techniques
- Basic understanding of skin care and products
- Recapping anatomy and physiology of the skin
- Where to go next with training and advancement of skills
What does the course lead to?
The course is a recognised qualification which will allow you to gain insurance, work in the industry and offer the treatment to paying clients.Entry requirements
No formal requirements, but a keen interest in skin care and good interpersonal skills.What will I need for the course?
A pen and writing pad. A uniform is also expected to be worn. Water will be provided but if you wish to purchase any other drinks or snacks please bring a small amount of change. A hairbrush may be required as hair may become ruffled during the treatments.
