Course Content

Mandatory units include: Health and Safety Promote additional services and products to clients Develop and maintain your effectiveness at work, provide facial skin care treatments Enhance appearance of eyebrows and lashes Provide make up services Instruct clients in the use and application of skin care products and make - up Additional optional unit Enhance the appearance using skin camouflage.

Assessment Method

Continual practical/oral and written assessment.

Progression

Allows for further Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications within the health and beauty industries. Into employment.

Additional enrichment opportunities available whilst on programme - may be on another day/evening/additional costs may be incurred.

• Kit is approx. £150 and uniform approx. £50. Students are required to support studies with their own clients.

Entry Requirements

Previous associated qualifications or for those intending to undertake a career development programme. A sound knowledge of written and spoken English is required.
