This course will provide individuals with practical sessions that can be implemented on the day to create their Twitter account, get to grips with the site’s functionality, and kick start their following, and employ strategic search strategies.  Delegates will also benefit from an action plan to take back to the workplace to assist with managing Twitter and ensuring that their influence and following grows and to increase the number of leads generated for their organisation by using Twitter.

  • Creating a fully optimised Twitter account.
  • Identifying useful people to follow.
  • Identifying topics of conversation that will be of interest to their target markets.
  • Understanding Twitter’s place in their sales process.
  • Integrating Twitter with existing marketing activities.
  • How to increase (targeted) followers and maximize engagement.
  • How to filter the noise to locate rich content and identify opportunity.
  • Increasing web traffic with Twitter.
  • How to manage Twitter and measure success.

In addition each participant will receive access to e-learning training resources.

This course is aimed at individuals who have little of Twitter and would like to explore how the social site could be of use for their business and want to know how to generate more business by using Twitter proactively.
