Projects come in various shapes and sizes, from the small and straightforward to the large and complex. In many organisations, project management can be very useful in introducing change, for example:

  • Implementing service review and redesign
  • Changing working patterns to support service change
  • Introducing new services;
  • Managing introduction of information technology.

This workshop provides an opportunity for participants to look at the way they can manage projects to deliver successful change. This is a “hands on” event, a must for any manager or leader wishing to deliver successful change through projects.
