Resources and facilitiesThe expert tutor team has considerable experience of CEL programmes and the FE sector. Tutors teaching on this programme have been practising managers with a wealth of experience in both academic theory and practical application of those theories. Robert Kennedy College Deputy Dean and Harvard Business School MBA graduate Professor David Duffill is leading the module “Microeconomics of Competitiveness” held in cooperation with the Harvard Business School Institute of Strategy and Competitiveness.
The residential module 'Business Ethics and CSR' is held at Cumbria and is taught by Dr. John Luffrum and other University of Cumbria faculty members.

Credit and UCAS requirements Credit: 180 credits Selection criteriaA UK Bachelor degree in business administration or management from an accredited or approved college or university or the equivalent and at least two years of business-related experience,
or
A UK Bachelor degree in a non business field from an accredited or approved college or university or the equivalent and at least three years of business-related experience,
or
An appropriate professional qualification and at least five years of suitable business-related experience and a letter of recommendation verifying that the applicant has the necessary ability and motivation to complete the programme within the allotted time span.
Applicants with at least five years of suitable business-related experience and a letter of recommendation verifying that he/she has the necessary ability and motivation to complete the programme within the allotted time span may be admitted to module MNGT7901 Organisational Behaviour. On successful completionof that module such an applicant may then be admitted to the full MBA programme.
If an applicant’s first language is not English, he/she must be able to demonstrate oral and written fluency in English. Working or studying in an English-speaking environment will usually be sufficient to demonstrate an acceptable competence. Otherwise applications for admission must be accompanied by a certificate ofcompetency in the English language from a recognized institution or programme. English language requirements for non-English-speaking students are a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 (with a minimum 6 in each component) or minimum TOEFL score of 600, or equivalent.
Each qualified applicant is invited to complete an interview with the Dean of RKC or his nominee in person or by telephone. The main purpose of the interview is to select motivated applicants with the ability to benefit from a solid commitment to the programme.

Course summary
The MBA is delivered mostly online via OnlineCampus (an interactive learning environment) with intensive class discussion and collaboration, plus a one-week compulsory summer residency at The University of Cumbria in Ambleside.
