This programme is specially designed for those working with primary aged pupils.

20 hours of Tuition each week

Sessions will focus on the following according to needs and preferences:

  • Personal Language Development in each of the Four Skill Areas:
  • Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing
  • Oral Work aimed at Increasing Confidence and Fluency
  • Supported Investigative Language Project
  • Communication Skills
  • The Classroom as a Language Environment
  • Investigations into Aspects of British culture

Current Approaches in Primary School ELT Methodology:

  • Activity-oriented Lesson Planning
  • Task-based Approaches
  • Developing Grammar Exercises for the Young Learner

Entry Requirements

Candidates should be experienced teachers and sufficiently proficient in English to enable them to participate actively in the programme
