We received some very positive feedback from the staff who attended, who reported that the trainer was experienced engaging, and the content of the course was both easy to understand and informative.

"Do NOT use TutorCare for your training requirements. Having been pestered almost daily to sign up for the course (after requesting a quote), I signed up two of us to carry out this e-learning course.
There is a 404 error when trying to access the course materials. Despite requesting these five times (three times through the support option online and twice by telephone) I am STILL waiting (this has been going on since 19 January.
While completing one of the sections the website started slowing down. I finished the section, passed, and tried to log into the next section and it went on timer. I logged off and back in - no record of the previous section being completed or that I passed! What a waste of time.
I have received no assistance, I am constantly having to follow up with them. There are no e-mail addresses or contact details for complaints (what a surprise).
Perhaps the owner Gareth Jones would like to comment on this and other terrible reviews. I would be embarrassed if customers left scathing reviews about how bad the service is, how payment is taken but then you wait.... and wait... and wait...., how when you have a problem nobody is interested and certainly don't follow up to find out if your problem was resolved.

"I found his manner, his training technique and his adaptability brilliant.
In the morning course we had staff only attended.
He was keen to understand what we do, and focused on the elements that feature in our policy and procedures.
In the afternoon course I included 2 of my clients. His approach to them was excellent.
Our clients are recovering alcoholics who have had little to no involvement in further education or training. The feedback from them both was so positive.

"This is the worst training provider I have encountered. The trainer didn't have a recognised teaching qualification nor did they work within health and social care - instead they were a security guard. When you complain they use bullyboy tactics. And I have since found out they are not insured. So if they teach my staff the wrong things I have no recourse against them. Poor customer services, poor training, no evidence from the training course, poor evaluations and cost me hundreds of pounds. If I wanted someone to simply read off an A4 sheet, then I could do that myself. Lack of knowledge, uninspiring trainers, lack of credibility.

Having complained about the trainer and the content of the course, I was met with terrible customer service from the operations manager, who said he could offer me 10% off the next course. WHY WOULD I BOOK ANYTHING ELSE WITH THIS COMPANY.

"I booked a PTTL's course even though expressing my uncertainty as I was not sure that the course would be acceptable through the nursing and midwifery council. I was told to book as it does and they have had many nurse undertake the course. I was told i would receive a refund if it was not the course i need. After 8 working days, the NMC informed me that it was not the correct course for my future career aspirations and tutor care rudely refused to refund my money as i had elapsed the 7 working day refund, even though i was told i would be eligible.

They are quick to take your money but do not provide the quality assurance required. I will not be booking a course with them again or recommending my friends or family.
