Moving and Handling Instructor

This 3 day course is aimed at those who carry out manual handling of people training within the workplace. This training programme is designed to ensure the learner is working to current moving and handling guidelines, have a sound knowledge of biomechanics and efficient movement and to ensure safe practices for their trainees. The learner will be able to explain the theory behind moving and handling, demonstrate safe practice using a range of techniques and have the skills to problem solve and convey safe practice to others.
