Units covered Throughout your Apprenticeship you will cover the following:

  • Time Planning in Sales
  • Comply with Legal, Regulatory, Ethical requirements in a Sales or Marketing role
  • Deliver reliable Customer Service
  • Learners also select optional units from a diverse range, tailoring their learning to meet their individual and organisational needs
