Entry requirements Employed in the role or working towards the role of Team Leader for at least 30 hours per week. Who is it for? Ideal for Team Leaders/Managers with a degree of authority for managing resources, looking to motivate their team members as well as achieve agreed objectives. CostAged 16-18

Personal qualities The qualifications are designed to give practicing and aspiring Managers a solid foundation in their formal development as a leader. Further progression On completion of this qualification, you may progress onto other Business Service qualifications such as:

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service
  • NVQs in Business & Administration
  • Contact Centre Apprenticeship
  • IT Apprenticeship
  • Diploma in Management (Higher Apprenticeship – Level 5)
